Making A Purchase From Rebelstudio
Orders
Simply complete the online form to order the items you want. Select the payment method that best suits you. A tax invoice will be forwarded to you via email and your order will be on its way.
Minimum Orders
There is no minimum order value at Rebelstudio.
Delivery
Most goods are shipped within 1 to 2 business days from receipt of your order.

Credit Card Security
Rebelstudio takes credit card security very seriously. Using your credit card to buy from Rebelstudio is safe and secure. Rebelstudio uses Verisign's online payment gateway to provide secure authorisation of credit card transactions over the Internet. VeriSign, Inc. (a public company listed on NASDAQ: VRSN) is the leading provider of digital trust services that enable everyone, everywhere to engage in commerce and communications with confidence. VeriSign Australia Pty Ltd (formerly eSign Australia Limited) was established in July 1999 to provide Internet trust services to Australian government, business, websites and individuals.
All your confidential information - including your credit card details - is encrypted before leaving your browser, using industrial-strength SSL 128-bit RC4 encryption technology.
Verisign handles your complete credit card transaction with your bank and simply tells Rebelstudio that your bank has authorised the transaction. Rebelstudio never has access to your credit card number.
Your credit card details are not stored at Rebelstudio or anywhere else on the Internet.
Credit Card Fraud
Rebelstudio takes fraud very seriously. We wish it didn't happen, but it does. Guarding against fraud does inconvenience us and our customers and adds significantly to costs and prices. For your own protection, and ours, we have to enforce the following security measures:
- We record the IP address (the source of the transaction) and the exact date and time of all orders in our database.
- All failures to obtain authorisation from the credit card authorities are logged. Repeated failures are referred to the police and the credit card issuer.
- You must have your credit card with you when you purchase from Rebelstudio. All customers will be required to enter the three or four-digit credit card security code printed on the front or back of the card, in addition to their credit card numbers. All failures to enter the correct security code are logged and, unless rectified, reported to the police and the credit card issuer.
- You may be telephoned for identification purposes. Please make sure you enter a valid telephone number where you can be reached during business hours.
- Delivery names and addresses will be verified before products are shipped. You will be notified if there are any discrepancies.
- All suspected fraud will be reported to the police and the credit card issuer.
We do hope you will understand the unfortunate necessity of these checks. If your order should fail any of them, it will be put on hold. We very much regret the inconvenience.
What if my card has been declined?
If your card is declined, please contact your card issuer for more information.
PayPal
Simply choose the PayPal option when you check out. After check-out, you will see a button that will link you direct to PayPal where you can complete your payment. Delivery will be processed as soon as your PayPal payment has been received. You do NOT have to notify us when you pay via PayPal as we are notified by PayPal automatically.
Direct Deposit
You can pay for your order by making a deposit into our bank account. Simply choose the Direct Deposit option when you check out. You will receive an email with your Order Number, the amount due and instructions on how to make your deposit. Delivery will be processed as soon as your payment by Direct Deposit has been received.
What happens if DVDs ordered are Out Of Stock?
If the DVD you want to order is out of stock, it will not be added to your cart and you will see a message saying the DVD is out of stock.
Cancelled orders
If you wish to cancel an order before it is delivered, you will have to pay a fee of 1.75% of the total value of the order if you paid using Mastercard or Visa, or 3.25% of the total value of the order if you paid using American Express. This fee is simply the fee your credit card company and bank charges us and is solely so that we are not out of pocket on the transaction. As an anti money-laundering measure, your refund will be processed in 7 working days.
Shipping
Rebelstudio ships orders to destinations around the world. For deliveries in Australia we use Australia Post Surface Mail, or for international deliveries we use Australia Post Air Mail. Please refer to the tables below for Australian and International shipping charges.

All delivery fees are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST (excluding international deliveries).
Deliveries by Australia Post are subject to its terms and conditions. Refer australiapost.com.au . Rebelstudio will not be responsible for delays in receipt of goods. There is no insurance on goods shipped by Rebelstudio. Goods are at your risk from the time they are consigned by us to Australia Post.
Returns Policy
If after placing your order you are not completely happy with your purchase, Rebelstudio will refund the purchase price of, or replace purchased goods within 7 days of purchase for orders delivered within Australia, or within 14 days of purchase for international delivery orders, so long as all of the following conditions are met:
(a) All returns or credit requests require (i) a Return Authorisation (RA) number; and (ii) a copy of the original tax invoice.
(b) The goods must be returned to Rebelstudio UNOPENED and with shrinkwrap intact. Replacement goods or credits will not be issued until original goods have been returned to Rebelstudio in their original condition. Once the delivery packet has been opened the delivery is taken to be accepted and title in the goods passes to you. We will not accept a subsequent return of your goods.
(c) If you wish to replace the goods you purchased with alternative goods you must include a stamped, self-addressed envelope with the returned goods.
If a refund is requested then, subject to our returns policy, we will refund your credit card via the Verisign Secure Payments system. To do this, we do not access your credit card number, but simply recover the original transaction in the Verisign Secure Payments system and request a refund. As an anti money-laundering measure, credit requests will be processed within 7 working days. The refund will appear on your credit card statement.
OBTAINING A RETURN AUTHORISATION (RA) NUMBER
To obtain a Return Authorisation (RA) number send an email to info@rebelstudio.com.au quoting the following information.
- Invoice number
- Purchase date
- Title
- Reason for return/credit
A Return Authorisation (RA) number will be issued and sent via return email, with instructions for the return of goods.
FAULTY / DAMAGED GOODS
Should any Rebelstudio product be delivered faulty or damaged and you require a replacement or credit, you may do so by obtaining a Return Authorisation (RA) number via email to info@rebelstudio.com.au.
An RA number will be issued and Rebelstudio will send you a pre-paid envelope to return the faulty/damaged goods. Replacement goods will be despatched upon receipt of the faulty items by Rebelstudio.
NOT WHAT YOU ORDERED / ORDER INCOMPLETE
You have 7 days from the date of purchase to alert Rebelstudio that the goods you received are not what you ordered or that a delivery is incomplete by sending an email to info@rebelstudio.com.au quoting the following information.
- Invoice number
- Purchase date
- Title ordered
- Title received
Our quality control systems are designed to ensure that faulty or damaged goods are not despatched to customers. Rebelstudio will conduct an internal investigation into any claims of damaged goods. If we consider in our discretion, that the goods have or might have been damaged prior to despatch, then they will be replaced on the terms of these terms and conditions. A Return Authorisation (RA) number will be issued via return email if required. Missing items will be shipped as soon as they are available.
Rebelstudio will cover the cost of shipping the goods back to us if the goods are not what you ordered. We will do this by sending you a pre-paid envelope. All you have to do is place the goods in the envelope and put it in the post. Replacement goods will be despatched upon receipt of the returned items by Rebelstudio.
Discontinued Products
Rebelstudio will discontinue some products from time to time.
DVD Formatting
Australian DVDs are formatted in PAL unless stated otherwise on our website. Please refer to each individual item's page for any special requirements. Before purchasing DVDs from Rebelstudio please ensure your television and DVD player are PAL compatible. Discs produced by Rebelstudio do not contain region encoding and provided your player is PAL compatible should play in all regions of the world.
Note that DVDs are classified in accordance with the content rating system in force in Australia only. The purchaser is responsible for any censorship, content or import restrictions in the country of delivery.
Limitation of Liability
All conditions and warranties contained in or implied by statute or rule of law into these terms and conditions are expressly excluded and negated, provided that nothing in these terms and conditions may exclude, restrict or modify any condition, warranty, right or liability which may at any time be implied into these terms and conditions (including any condition, warranty, right or liability implied by the Trade Practices Act 1974 or any similar applicable State or Territory legislation) where to do so is illegal and would render any provision of these terms and conditions void.
To the extent permitted by law, Rebelstudio expressly limits its liability for breach of a condition or warranty set out in or implied into these terms and conditions by virtue of any legislation to, at the choice of Rebelstudio:
(a) the supply of the goods breaching such condition or warranty again; or
(b) the payment of the cost of having such goods supplied again.
Except as otherwise expressly stated in this Deed, in no event will Rebelstudio be liable for any loss or damage that you suffer arising from, or caused or contributed to by Rebelstudio's negligence or the negligence of its officers, employees or for any special, indirect or consequential loss or damage as a result of a breach by Rebelstudio of these terms and conditions and Rebelstudio accepts no other responsibility or liability whatsoever except for damages that are sustained by you as a direct result of Rebelstudio's fraud or wilful misconduct.
Privacy
Rebelstudio complies with the National Privacy Principles and the Privacy Act 1998. All information collected at this site will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed to any person or company except for the express purpose of fulfilling Rebelstudio's obligations to deliver you the product you have ordered. Any information which you allow Rebelstudio to collect will be held by us with all due care, and will not be used by us or by any third party in ways to which you have not agreed. You are entitled to request us to provide to you the details of any information held about you and to correct any errors in that information.
What information is collected
You may visit and browse Rebelstudio anonymously. Rebelstudio will only collect personal information such as your e-mail address when you wish to place an order with us.
Various statistical information including your computer's IP (Internet Protocol) address, your browser type and which pages you visit may be recorded for statistical use only. This information is anonymous and is not linked to any of your personal information in any way.
We will ask you to supply personal information, such as your e-mail address and postal address, when you make a purchase.
We will use your e-mail address to create a personal identification. Your e-mail ID gives you fast and easy access to the Rebelstudio Store.
Using your e-mail address and a password, you fill out your order including delivery address and contact details. You may use these to order from Rebelstudio a second or subsequent time. Simply enter your Rebelstudio ID and password, and our computers look up the information to help you fill out the order form.
Personal information will be held for a period of seven years unless a request is made by the relevant individual to have that personal information permanently deleted from our records.

The DVDs are protected by the laws of Australia and by extraterritorial operation of that law and international treaties, all other jurisdictions. Copying of any of the DVDs or any part of the DVDs, their packaging, trade dress or content is strictly forbidden. The DVDs are provided to you under limited license to enjoy for your personal use only. Any copying, decompilation, publication, storage in a retrieval system, alteration or transmission in any form or by any means in whole or part (except where such use constitutes fair dealing under the Copyright Act) without the prior written approval of Rebelstudio constitutes an infringement and will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
